Welcome to Alexander’s Outdoors, LLC home of some of the best custom handmade paracord knife lanyards to be found anywhere. Our lanyards are personally handmade by me with quality mil-spec 7 strand Kernmantle style 550 cord conforming to MIL-C-5040 Type III. They are practical to have in an emergency situation as the seven inner strands are 30lb. test each and can be used for fishing line in a survival situation. Not only are they useful in drawing your knife from your pocket, but they also dress up any knife or multitool. Many other uses include key fobs, backpack zipper pulls, jacket/vest zipper pulls, gear bag zipper pulls, flashlight lanyard, cell phone lanyard, MP3 player lanyard, camera lanyard, etc.
We also try to provide you with some of the finest kit for your outdoor needs. Some of the items we provide are: Swedish firesteels, fire starter flints, knives, knife sharpeners, compasses, military surplus, and occasionally some other items so please check back often.
Living in hurricane country, I have come to realize that emergency preparedness is not only the course of wisdom but it can be a real lifesaver. Emergency and/or survival situations can come around at any time. So with that in mind I started this website. My goal is to provide you with the most inexpensive, quality products that are practical in such situations. So whether you are into bushcraft, wilderness survival, emergency/survival preparedness, hunting, fishing, backpacking, hiking or just camping out with the kids, the products we offer can make your outdoor experience more enjoyable and could come in very handy if things get rough.
